My name is Rosie Glover, and ProAlliance Insurance (in case you missed it in our logo!) is my company. I have decided to personalize it so that you will always know who is accountable to you in every sense; service, quality, value, dependability, and professionalism are my commitments to you.

Ours is a young and energetic company. After many years in Real Estate, I am happy to leave that realm to the colleagues with whom I have enjoyed working over the years. I’m excited about ProAlliance Insurance and promise to continue to look for ways to be innovative and creative in serving our clientele. We are looking forward to opportunities for sponsorship of local events (Motorcycle Rally, AZCat Sailors, Hummer Rally, etc.), and are happy to offer you free international phone calls when in Mexico.

I happen to believe that if you focus on service, success is inevitable, and so ProAlliance is a direct result of my desire to bring you the very best options for all your insurance and bonding needs. Florencia: Many have tried to hire Florencia away from me, but I’m not having it. In addition to administrating the office Flor oversees all FM3, bill-paying, and citizenship applications. And in her spare time she can sell insurance!

Paty: Paty Andrade came highly recommended by her previous employer and now that she’s been here awhile I can see why. A lovely lady with a quick smile, she has proven to be a person who learns fast, and she is a great addition to our sales team.

Richard: Richard is our Man on the Street. Although he’s shy, Richard’s contribution is huge. He makes our deliveries and keeps our publicity out there in the public eye.

Luis: When deciding to open ProAlliance Insurance, I had to think long and hard. I knew I could offer you the best staff, the best service, and competitive prices. What I also wanted to offer you was the experience you deserve. I myself was new to insurance, so we needed a guru. A go-to guy. Luis Zapien is my answer to this dilemma. With more than 20 years in Mexican Insurance, Luis would have been an asset no matter how you look at it…but in addition, he’s fun and likeable!

Barbara: Barbara Ramos is a lady with lots of energy and singlehandedly runs the show in our Caborca office. Barbara has been in business in that community for many years and her contacts edand cribility have put ProAlliance on the map.
